Position Overview:
As a PMS Dealer, you will be responsible for trade execution, portfolio monitoring, compliance, and risk management. You will work closely with the Fund Management Team to ensure timely and efficient order placements, maintain relationships with empaneled brokers, and keep track of market movements. Your role will be critical in ensuring operational excellence and adherence to SEBI regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trade Execution: Execute buy/sell orders in alignment with fund strategies, ensuring best price execution.
- Order Management: Monitor and manage order books to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Market Tracking: Continuously analyze market trends, stock prices, and corporate actions to provide real-time insights to the investment team.
- Broker Management: Maintain relationships with empaneled brokers and coordinate for order execution and confirmation.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all trades comply with SEBI regulations, internal investment guidelines, and risk parameters.
- Position Monitoring: Track position limits and exposure levels to prevent regulatory or internal breaches.
- Back-Office Coordination: Upload order details, cross-check transaction records, and reconcile allocation files with custodians.
- Data Accuracy: Prepare and verify order files, ensuring proper documentation of trade placements.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage trading systems and back-office software (WealthSpectrum preferred) for seamless operations.
Critical Success Factors:
- Strong knowledge of PMS operations, order execution, and SEBI regulations.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in executing and recording trades.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and trading systems for monitoring and reporting.
- Networking, communicating, and presenting to internal and external stakeholders at the Top Management level.
Education & Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience as a dealer in an Asset Management Company, AIF, or PMS house.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in trade execution, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
