Position Overview:
This role exists to lead and execute category management for premium Men's and Women's Western Wear. It is strategically important for aligning consumer needs with dynamic market trends. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive category management strategy.
- Oversee buying decisions aligned with evolving customer needs.
- Monitor sales, inventory performance, and margin growth.
- Drive top-line and bottom-line performance.
- Lead brand negotiations and manage strategic brand relationships.
- Plan and execute promotional events, including inventory clearances and discount campaigns.
- Ensure monetization strategies are effectively implemented.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations).
- Mentor and manage a high-performing team to achieve strategic goals.

- Optimization of inventory turnover and margin performance.
- Strengthening and expanding brand partnerships.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree + Full-time MBA in marketing
- A minimum of 8-10 years experience in category management within premium fashion e-commerce or offline retail.
- Demonstrated experience in P&L management.
- Proven track record in brand negotiation, relationship management, and event management.
- Exposure to international retail dynamics is an added advantage.
