- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, fostering partnerships to enhance product quality, availability, and innovation.

- Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.

- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.

- Utilise market insights to identify new product opportunities and adjust product offerings to meet changing market demands.

- Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment to ensure optimal product availability while minimising excess inventory and carrying costs.

- Monitor inventory turnover rates, forecast demand, and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to maintain efficient inventory flow.

- Monitor pricing trends and competitive pricing strategies within the skincare and body care market.

- Implement pricing strategies that balance profitability with market competitiveness and consumer demand.

- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to develop effective promotional strategies, marketing campaigns, and product launches.

- Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment on inventory planning, budget management, and sales forecasting.

- Ensure all makeup products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements,and safety guidelines.

- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address product quality issues, implement corrective actions, and uphold brand integrity.Analyse sales performance, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to makeup and body care products.
