We are searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be expected to provide exceptional support and troubleshooting their technical and account-related issues.

Responsibilities:

• Give assistance to Naukri.com recruiters.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to account creation, resume management, job posting, and search functionalities.
• Provide clear and concise instructions and guidance on using Naukri.com effectively.
• Research and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while building rapport with recruiters.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow up as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Naukri.com features and functionalities to effectively guide recruiters.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and knowledge base.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite and internet navigation.
• Familiarity with the recruitment industry and online job boards (a plus).
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
