HR Business Partner - eCommerce (10-20 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a senior HR Business Partner with 10+ years of experience to align HR strategies with business objectives and oversee 8 HR Centers of Excellence (COEs). The HRBP will work closely with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, and performance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies that support business goals.

- Oversee and ensure alignment across 8 COEs, driving consistency in HR practices.

- Lead talent management, succession planning, and employee development.

- Address employee relations issues, fostering a positive work culture.

- Support organizational development and change initiatives.

- Use HR analytics to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

- Coach leaders and drive employee engagement across the organization.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HRBP role.

- Proven experience in managing COEs and strategic HR functions.

- Strong expertise in talent management, performance management, and employee relations.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to analyze HR metrics and influence business decisions.
