Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

If you are good at something, they will suck you out for it. And if you are not good at something and just beginner then they will keep criticising & abuse you instead of making you learn or grow of it. Don't expect any kind of company expectations. More meaningful way to define it as a shop where the labor staff keeps changing and survive at lowest salary and appraisals.
