The team was really good & cooperative.

Dislikes

No compensation, too much workload & pressure. Mostly MD's Behaviour was not good. He was shouted me for a single mistake which was not in my concerned. He had not given my last salary and bonus.

Work Details

Generally my duty was for product editing & listing after that i was takeover the graphic designing part which was not in my concerned.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
