I have worked with belzabar and I would say it is the best company i have ever worked with, It uses latest tech stack, you have good career grouth, leads are super supportive even HR's as well are super supportive, I learned alot here and it opening the door of success to me. Even in covid situation we got support from Belzabar, there is job security as well Thank you Belzabar

The team culture in some project is good but very bad in others. Fortunately mine was good .All credit goes to the the project lead and senior developers .

Extremely pathetic upper management . The director of the company is clueless about what politics goes inside. Policies are not employee centric .

Below average technology stack. Poor programmers specially 'Leads'. Timesheet where to have to login your day to day task is an additional overhead. To much favouritism among few employe. Extramarital Affairs, politics at it's peak. Underpaid salary structure.
