Board of Directors are good people.

Dislikes

Poor internal communication and lack of clarity. CEO is not open to learn and accept new ideas. Causes Lot of rework. Hardly any appraisals.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

As a Senior Storyline Developer and Graphic Designer, I am responsible for the development of the projects after the storyboard process. I keep on learning new stuffs from my colleagues and project manager, which motivates me in the long run.
