Work here for almost 1 year with the hope of changing the way to help company and employees but the management is so poorly maintained 1. No on job training for fresher or experience 2. No on time salary, you may get salaries by 12 or 14 of month 3. No work culture 4. Director of the company may fire you or insult you any time 5. Job insecurity
