Working with my team was an overall good experience to some extend. I really got the opportunity to work and brush up my skills, got to work on new technologies and learnt to use new software's in that are in the trend. I have two supervisors to whom I have to submit my daily task schedule in the morning as well as report of the daybefore signing off. My Team Lead was not really a cool person. Whenever he assigned a specific task, there was a lot of miscommunication that occurred from his side. When we completed the task, even the supervisors approved of it but the lead always looked for ways to disapprove of it inspite of the fact that we followed each of his instructions. Secondly, there's a lot of internal politics prevailing inside the office, the seniors take full advantage of their positions and the juniors, especially freshers/interns are hardly paid attention to. Third, no job security at all. They can all of a sudden just tell you that you are being put on hold or being laid off due to unavailability of projects or funds and will inform you later according to your requirement....Read More
