Mandatory skill development: The CEO will teach you new skills, training here is an ongoing process, they will get you to use new tools and software - so if you are not in the mood to learn new things, this company isn't a good fit. nothing in overtime pay: you have to complete your work within the work hours, they do not have any system of overtime pay.
