You can connect to office system with your personal laptop and they ask you to do so because they can't arrange for a office laptop 😂😂.

Everything. This is not written purposefully, it's clearly my genuine opinion. I am writing all this to save someone else's carrier. They will tell you have performance issue if you do not accept their rules. They will hold salary if you don't accept their rules. There is one person who makes decisions and they call it as decision from management. Salaries are not paid on time. They will not give your service letter and relieving letter and create lot of trouble for you to get it. Even if you are jobless that's fine. Don't get into this place. If you can do favour for yourself, it should be to stay away from this company and save your life and carrier. They play with the carriers of people and its been a habit for them. They can't give insurance but they ask employees to work from office and threaten them saying salary will not be paid. They do not have cab service, good area to have food, not even proper toilets. If you resign, they will hold your salary and say that your resignation is rejected. Legally as far as I know employer do not have rights to reject resignation for whatever reason. But they write in a mail saying that your resignation is rejected. If you ask for payslip they think you are trying to resign and cause you problems. You cannot get anything in this company without doing multiple followups. There is lot of micro management as well. They are not at all concerned about employees. They will call you even if you are in critical situations. They just want you to work like a robot and ask nothing. They will call you even after leaving company and tell you that, this work was done by you when you were working at BCITS, so it's your responsibility to help others who are working on it. HR is there for name sake. They don't know their responsibility and they don't know the value of an HR, they are just toothless here. All this is my genuine experience. Terrible. You can never expect good life at BCITS. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They hire freshers and take documents from them and get their sign for the bond of 2 years. They give fake promises.

Best place to start career. Working days are Monday to Friday ( have to work monthly 1 Saturday WFH). Work timings 9.30am to 6.30pm.

1) High politics happing every time and many of the times top management people not stay with their words ( if email communication not happen ). 2) I don't like the salary structure because they deduct gratuity and bonus from monthly salary more over employees will not get deducted gratuity amount in full even after completion 5 years of service ( Ex: deducted Rs. 100 giving Rs. 70 after 5 years of service else forget about it ). 3) Once in 3 months deducted bonus amount will be credited.
