I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Best place to start career. Working days are Monday to Friday ( have to work monthly 1 Saturday WFH). Work timings 9.30am to 6.30pm.

1) High politics happing every time and many of the times top management people not stay with their words ( if email communication not happen ). 2) I don't like the salary structure because they deduct gratuity and bonus from monthly salary more over employees will not get deducted gratuity amount in full even after completion 5 years of service ( Ex: deducted Rs. 100 giving Rs. 70 after 5 years of service else forget about it ). 3) Once in 3 months deducted bonus amount will be credited. No extra bonus. 4) No health insurance provided....Read More
