Very high politics, Senior director like Samarth Sharma, Manager like Aman Kapoor, so called performance Manager like Etika can make anyone life difficult to work at BCG. With Leadership outside India , no body keeps a watch on these people actions , behaviours and politics they do to ruin career of others. They hire people only tomeet their goals and then when the work gets complete they look for reasons to fire. With no one to hear (HR is fake completely) the plea of sufferers their career gets wasted. Do not join this Company at all... unless you are hard corded political by your nature and can deal with people like these....Read More

So, you have to handle 8 people' s work. (Calendar, travel, expense). These are your Stake holders, they will never be satisfied and at the time of feedback they will recall one mistake and write that on your feedback. Since, it's a remote work no one will bother to appreciate you. 2. U can't just apply for leave you have to arrange backup. Take leave approval from manager, approach colleagues request them. 3. No one knows people who are getting promotion why they are getting it. So equality doesn't work here.
