Hello Colleagues,
I have 4.6 years of experience and I am backend developer worked majorly in python and go lang. My current CTC is 22 LPA. 21 fixed and 1 variable.
I am not satisfied with the work that I am getting in new org. Want to switch to any good product based company. Any advice on which companies I should try for and what expectations I can have about CTC? I am majorly looking for a product development and architecture related work and if possible a remote job.
