Barclays is a Paymaster. Good monetary and other recognitions are given for employees. Management emphasise living by the company values both professionally and personally. Many women employees in my department are given career breaks and flexi shift options to encourage work life balance. New businesses, Robotics are given lot of importance which will help the employees to learn n enchance their knowledge to match up with tomorrow's competitive world. Soft skill trainings are given, but this option shouls be enhanced. More opportunities to learrn lot more can be explored by the company. Many free medical camps are conducted for the benefits of the employees. Company encourages helping the soceity and servicing the needed people via citizenship activities. Barclays use a lot of Legacy Systems, changing which will take the company to the next level. Career growth opportunities can be improved. Free Transport is given but their service is very poor. It should be improved a lot.
