Being in HR, policies might differ to people who works only in HR operations. On and average it's a good place to work however it depends on the department we are in.

Dislikes

Exit interviews are not happening there is no 1 to 1 with BA4 or AVP or directors or MD. Only AVP and above will travel abroad below AVP level there is no opportunity to go abroad.

Work Details

Due to COVID there was WFH option if not we won't get WFH to balance the work and family. Even Barclays allows people overall to take WFH option but the management won't accept it. This is only in certain departments.
