Cabs for pick up and drop, IJP's ,brand name, 5 days week, flexi shifts

Dislikes

Always short on budget No parties or get together or team outings Changes happen in the process without any formal communication Various checks causes tremendous amount of stress for employees Remuneration is quite low considering the amount of work load No work from home option No opportunity for international relocation

Great company with one of the best HR policies. Company is a good pay master. But I found the growth opportunities a lil lesser and the work becomes mandane after some time. But looking to shared services industry it is a good company to work with.
