At the overall level it is a very good company. The people at the middle level making it worst. You need to always get the mercy of your manager.

I am mentioning with the perspective of one office in India where I worked. My experience with this company is very pathetic. The people in the middle management are worst. They are very much biased. Your appraisal will be on a toss if you are not good with your manager. This is the only company where I have seen only your manager feedback is considered and your opinion is least bothered. You can see there are lot of discrimination on the basis of caste, gender and region. Though there are policies formed at the top level, when it comes to the ground level often it is ignored.
