Incompetent management. Leaders with past ethics cases are promoted to senior positions. Extreme bias and mistreatment if you do not say yes to everything your manager says. Women are mistreated and not provided support.Most of the leadership is busy with site visits and party preparations not actual work.Senior leaders are busy buying gifts for UK stakeholders visiting. Tc01 have pretty pathetic management wherein they treat the company like a school , fewpeople in the corporate refresh team have made it worse to survive also they think they are the company owners and treat others as majdur .Also majority of the management sits chennai who believes whatever the higher management in noida says - no transparency, salary hike or good culture

Redudancies are impacting resources in last 2 years. They are backfilling resources at highers rates from vendors by removing employees. Also capable and deserving males are not getting promotions as most of the positions are reserved for diversity.

In Barclays, there is no or weak HR, line manager are made without their skills and caliber, Line manager post is more on favouritism rather than those who deserve it. Line manager make their own rules and decisions and no work ethics i have seen.

Tough to get promotions need to wait until there is vacancy and depending on experience and talent still there will be so many people in pipeline so it depends on your manager and director when you can get promoted The bonus is quite disappointing here and depending on your rating the hike will depend but on an average u will get 8/9%

The company culture is worst and not at all reliable. You get no support from your managers at any point of time even you have not done any mistake. Worst and toxic culture for a women to work. No importance to your work and they give importance only to your silly mistakes done once or twice for the year.

Appraisals are not nice and if an employee is facing any hardships in his or her profile they hardly take any action just to support them in terms of moving that employee to some other profile so that it wouldn’t cause them mentally pressure

I work in Barclays LTS office, Pune. GTIS in Barclays is the worst department to work with. I would suggest better to work with other departments rather than working in GTIS. Appraisal and promotions are very less as compared to other departments. During Diwali and Christmas as well management of GTIS gives nothing to it's employeesnor sweets nor gifts. During year end review management has only one reason that company is in loss so less increment this year but people working in management get good humesha. Every year we got to know the same reason from the management. Very less bonus is given , in that too half of the bonus is deducted in Tax 🥺 Barclays GTIS is doing much of the cost cutting. Office politics and feviritism is also the other problem here. They give less respect for the people working for more than 10 years. They get very less increment as compared to the one who are newly hired. I have been working in Barclays for more than 10 years still my monthly in-hand salary is less than 1 lac which is so much disappointing to me.
