One of the best organization to work with. Few major pros I will list : Work life balance is highly maintained. You get to work on latest technologies and tools. IJP process is best in industry. You can easily change your project by giving inhouse interviews. Promotion is based on vacancies and internal interviews with fairly high degree of impartiality. Yearly bonus is good. I would say it is one of the best work life balance culture holding org in the corporate world. But at the same time you would get to work only with the medicore mindset people.
