I would say it is one of the best work life balance culture holding org in the corporate world. But at the same time you would get to work only with the medicore mindset people.
Definitely a retirement plan company but not good for freshers in terms of the enthusiasm and innovation.

Outdated tech stack, big organisational moves are incredibly slow, you'll stagnate quite heavily. Office politics. So many of them. Although they're tons of fun so engage in them.
