It's just the name. Highly micromanaged. Understaffed. Pressured employees. Cattle treatment. Eg: Changing cab policies to have 4 people in a sedan cab and 6 people in a suv in mid heat season on June. Basement is like a boiler room waiting for the cabs. Senior management says, don't bother about aht, focus on customer satisfaction, later they send stinkers on high aht. Senior management says we are overstaffed but there are always calls on queue. Must beg for leaves from management. Building management is filthy, bathrooms are stinking and never clean. No activities for employees. Hr said ijp can be filled in 1 year, but internal management says wait for 2 years Etc etc. I can go on and on...Read More

Tough to get promotions need to wait until there is vacancy and depending on experience and talent still there will be so many people in pipeline so it depends on your manager and director when you can get promoted The bonus is quite disappointing here and depending on your rating the hike will depend but on an average u will get 8/9%
