One of the best company when it comes to work-life balance. Think of it as one of the secured option when you are settling down in your personal life.

Dislikes

0 learning. In fact whatever skills you have learnt previously will be forgotten. Barclays will not be a wise choice in case you are looking for further growth and advancement in your career. Majority of the products run on legacy stack and business want to retain that without bringing any tech stack upgrade for safeguarding stakeholders interest to avoid any customer data loss which is single most important concern for any bank....Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
