I started my journey at BAOIAM as a web developer intern and I am really delighted to say that the work experience I thoroughly got from this organisation is something which I am sure I could not get any where else . I was assigned tasks on regular basis looking upon the status of my knowledge. The organisation is really interactivewith the interns in all ways, higher authorities also get engaged with the interns in order to make a perfect work environment . All this made me expand my internship tenure and I worked more with the organisation. The best thing I can tell about BAOIAM is that , organisation provides regular promotions like from basic intern to team leader and then to manager and so on. My experience as a content writing intern at Baoiam was truly exciting. I cherished the freedom to work in a project as a intern also while learning valuable skiils. Working with talented and experienced people was awesome and helped me learn many new things.

There is no work pressure work and life balance.This is the good platform to learn new things without any knowledge in particular domain.Iam also comes to Baoiam without knowledge in Digital marketing field,for my end of the internship I gain some knowledge and lot of things like corporate culture,work and life balance,way to communicate with our higher authorities and our collegues
