Nothing just do not expect anything from anyone. Always be ready for surprises such as salary reduction, change in incentive policy. If you are good in bootslicking without doing actual work then you can spend good time here.

Dislikes

Poor management. Higher management person itself are best in creating Chaos. Owner don’t know people management and very poor business ethics and process hygiene.

I had the pleasure of working with Nulearn and I must say that my experience was exceptional. From the beginning, their team demonstrated high professionalism and expertise in their respective field. The Working environment is good and the team members are supportive and the incentive is encouraging.

I have recently joined the organization. As far as I am concerned, I have not experienced any particular situation or experience that I have disliked.

Overall the company is nice. Payment terms and incentive structure should be better for old employees. One major plus point that I consider is that during this time of layoffs, the company has not laid off any employees from the organization. This is the plus point I consider according to myself.

There are some common cons in every organization which is not a big thing and it also gets resolved internally.

Our responses as below :- Six Days Working Per Week - We work for 6 days and all second Saturdays off No Work From Home (Zero) - We allowed work from home during covid times Low Salary - Would not like to comment as need to be more specific No Flexibility For Any Employee - What flexibility, Not clear ? Favoritism To Sales - Reason not specified Extremely Toxic Work Culture - We follow a healthy environment and people enjoy their time here at work. Have To Beg For Your Earned Incentive Payment - We pay all dues on time No Paperwork Is Provided On Exit - We need to check our records Salary Slips, Experience Certificate, Relieving Certificate - Nothing - We have our own HRM system and employees download their slips through the self service portal only. No Work From Home Even When India Had 4.5 Lacs Daily Covid Cases - We have given work from home and allowed long medical leaves for self and dependents when needed . Anti Employee Work Policies - Need to be more specific No Employee Engagement - We are the only edtech form, which is aggressively doing employee engagement. People were sent to Dubai trip too even after recieving the resignation email as a gesture. Management And HR Work Together To Oppress Employees - Need more details on this please. High Level Of Office Politics - What does it mean ? Company Is Not Growing, Leading To Very Low Annual Salary Hikes - Company has grown 300% for last 4 years so how this question arises of not growing.
