First of all, I am sharing what I experienced in the last year and what I observed in this organisation. mostly what we want in our life, that is satisfaction or peace, and these things come from this organisation through the culture... I experience MNC companies also, but the culture provided by PREPCA is next level because founders give a lot of importance to this, and thats why I enjoy PREPCA. The team I got and the management are super supportive, always ready to help and teach me from zero. For the new joiner, the company provides a complete 2-3 month training or probation period, which means investing a lot of time to teach from the basics. I accept the fact that if I am in sales, then time should be up and down. That is why I was ready to face extra time work, and that is only 7:30pm, and I am okay with this because I enjoy incentives also, and I earn more than my salary or half of the salary every month, so it will extend to chalta hai. After working in PREPCA, I realise no one is giving salary packages like this in the market. Also, salary comes on time and not even late by a single day. I took two-time apprisal or one-time promotion in this organisation in the last year or so. its all about your work, dedication, and what your goal is or how much you align with the organisation. If you are working in any organisation and not doing work or not getting any result, or there is zero benefit from you to any company, then we deserve the job insecurity for sure. Still, PREPCA gives you 3 months chance to improve yourself, and I don't find any job security concerns here. PREPCA's main focus is on only two things: first, the work culture, and second, the learning of all employees in 360° direction. That's why prepca conducts 2 to 3 learning activities every month regarding finance, health or spirituality, exel, AI, etc. With all the experts in the field, every day they meditate for 30 minutes; it's also learning and investing for yourself. Every festival is celebrated in Prepca with the founder and all, and the very best thing I experience in the PREPCA organization is that I am very satisfied with work because I love the work, and if you love the work then you will enjoy and find it satisfactory for sure. its not about work; it's all about culture. i mention all i experience, and this is what prepca is.....Read More

Prepca offers everything i value at work. from managing my work on floor to my personal life this team takes care of everything, the promotion appraisal policy which has no biasness is excellent. also the most important part the Learning and development sessions and opportunities given to the team members are brilliant

Founders behavior towards their employee is not good...Mayank Agarwal is emotional fool person he doesn't listen to both sides just to person who cry Infront of him he listens to them....Sagar Dudani dont have manners to talk to employee he thinks employee as Majdoor and talk very badly with them....Giving this company day and night without thinking about myself was a big mistake of life....These reviews on google is given by their employees its self....I have worked there i know how they have reached this much review....Doesn't know to run business.....They talk about Karma and Transparency everything is fake in this company....Kindly don't waste your money here there are many other companies for CA preparation.......Read More
