Our responses as below :- Six Days Working Per Week - We work for 6 days and all second Saturdays off No Work From Home (Zero) - We allowed work from home during covid times Low Salary - Would not like to comment as need to be more specific No Flexibility For Any Employee - What flexibility, Not clear ? Favoritism To Sales - Reason not specified Extremely Toxic Work Culture - We follow a healthy environment and people enjoy their time here at work. Have To Beg For Your Earned Incentive Payment - We pay all dues on time No Paperwork Is Provided On Exit - We need to check our records Salary Slips, Experience Certificate, Relieving Certificate - Nothing - We have our own HRM system and employees download their slips through the self service portal only. No Work From Home Even When India Had 4.5 Lacs Daily Covid Cases - We have given work from home and allowed long medical leaves for self and dependents when needed . Anti Employee Work Policies - Need to be more specific No Employee Engagement - We are the only edtech form, which is aggressively doing employee engagement. People were sent to Dubai trip too even after recieving the resignation email as a gesture. Management And HR Work Together To Oppress Employees - Need more details on this please. High Level Of Office Politics - What does it mean ? Company Is Not Growing, Leading To Very Low Annual Salary Hikes - Company has grown 300% for last 4 years so how this question arises of not growing.
