I didn’t actually like anything. People working here are so unprofessional.

They conduct interviews just for the sake and record the interviews as well for further evaluation where HR’s will process the further rounds with other panel members and the recorded video will be reviewed again and informed that you’re rejected where the interviewer will only ask Tell me about yourself and experiences, not even technical questions being asked but you’re a reject for no reason. Interviewer will act as if like a senior manager in the system who is not even having an experience of the candidate they’re interviewing for. They judge and take people by looks, not for your experience, communication, skills, etc. Anyone looking forward to this company do not attempt the interviews as it is definitely a waste of time as you will not be provided with the proper reasons either nor what they’re actually expecting. Connection between employees is very good here. Feels like home.

Dislikes

Connection between employees and higher authorities. Salary is average. There's no projection of promotion. In the name of skill development, we are only enforced to learn how to add something to the 98th Percentile instead of development as a whole. There's no incentive for lead teachers.

98thPercentile is a great place to work. The management is very friendly and supportive, and the work environment is positive and encouraging. There are many opportunities to learn and grow, and i feel like i am constantly developing my skill and knowledge. I am very happy to be a part of the 98thPercentile team.

Have been working here for almost 6 months now, so far it has been a great learning experience. Work culture is amazing and peers here in the marketing department are really great and supportive. Overall it has been really amazing experience. Satisfied in mostly every aspect.

Company work culture is good, you can easily reach out to higher management if you are facing any issues and they will help you out.

As most of the roles are for night shift you don't have any outside life also Saturday's are working days so you don't have enough time for yourself.
