I like the most the friendly nature of the staff. They give you the liberty to speak in for the wellbeing of the organisation. You can be part of the decision making also. Work culture is supportive and coordinative and the company policies regarding the job is well cleared and very transparent.

Dislikes

As HR we are working on Sundays and Saturdays also so that the candidates can join hassle-free this can be developed.

They have opened business for doing fraud with students, by looting their hard earned money. Bad teaching method.

DONT ever think about learning from here, This is the worst institute I have ever come across, DONT waste your hard earned Money , Rather learn from Udemy or anywhere else., Their intension is to only make money. Bad faculty teaching, Bad behaviour councellors once you pay fees, I dont recommend

I am worked in this company for last one year and It was really good company as long as we follow process and compliance...I have earned very good incentives and work life balance is also good.. I have resigned the organization and i got my full and final settlement without any issues as i have given my notice period properly..

They are doing scam with students who are enrolling for courses, few of the own people will be present in batch who will mis guide you like they have got voucher and given exam

Am one of the ex-employee in this organisation. Using abusing words on employees idiot, stupid, 3rd class not abusing for manager. When you question these things to manager. They will remove from job. HR Team - When you complain to HR they won't respond counselor complaints. Team Manager - Whatever manager says she will listen. When you inform this to Senior manager - we won't involve sale and marketing team speak to HR. From HR side no response. For new joiners they won't give proper training about products. If you ask any questions related product fool and other words will be used. When everyone fail to archive target as manager should check why employes are not reaching the targets or what problem we are facing then they can give some suggestions or idea to archive target instead of the using abusing words. Finally marked resignation mail to manager, team lead and hr. HR accepted resignation and Team lead asked to reach target & team asked archiveable target so agreed. He again manager started playing dramas. ' I need all admissions name and number details ' it's monthly target how can i predict 10 admission names in a day. If we want to work in this organisation we should learn astrology. When am ready to serve notice period because I started questioning to manager removed access and not paid salary as well. When you ask correct things they will remove from job. Every week they will start new for employees only don't know batch timings. If I ask batch timings after 8.30am and after 7pm.
