My experience as a content writing intern at Baoiam was truly exciting. I cherished the freedom to work in a project as a intern also while learning valuable skiils. Working with talented and experienced people was awesome and helped me learn many new things.

Dislikes

Overall it was very good. The only thing which I disliked is task assigning process which was not regular.

There is no work pressure work and life balance.This is the good platform to learn new things without any knowledge in particular domain.Iam also comes to Baoiam without knowledge in Digital marketing field,for my end of the internship I gain some knowledge and lot of things like corporate culture,work and life balance,way to communicate with our higher authorities and our collegues

The learning experience that you can get being an intern or an employee at this company is great. Also, there are no lengthy meetings and most of the meetings are concise and stay on topic. The team leaders, managers, and colleagues are very supportive and guide the juniors efficiently.

Dislikes

Although the work culture is great there are some delays in the work and meetings.
