Transfer and posting policy is not transparent. discremenation on the basis of cast and religion. Some people are working very hard but no value in the eyes of management due to favratism and castism. Some people are getting choice posting on the other hand those who are working hard is only getting transfer on the basis of managemen t demand....Read More
