It is PSU bank and people here as employees are having job security. This is the thing I liked here.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

It is a PSU bank and employees here have job security. The work culture is very poor. Frequent transfers to distant places. Not good for people who wants to work and live with family.

Work Details

It was not balanced. No time for returning from office is defined. As per guidelines no lunch time also on policies

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
