Pathetic environment created by offshore management like Sr.VP, VP etc. They are inefficient and they lives with only perceptions instead of using their brain.They talks a lot about Diversity Benefit but practically nothing is happening there. Senior people have absolute gender biases mindset .

Work culture was good but now India Mumbai site leadership gang just exploiting employee...for their bonus and promotion..they are paying less to employees and keeping all the money in their pockets

Office politics. you can't grow if you are not part of gang ...old employee are forced to leave the company as now they are good for nothing for leadership team.....all the leaders got promotion because of old employees hard work but now they forgot everything and they are making their life miserable
