Bank of America has a very good culture in terms of learning things, it was very good experience had fun at the initial stages when i joined, but all of a sudden there was a drop in terms of work satisfaction and there was lot of politics between Team mates, there was no proper cooperation between, people sitting in chennai.

Dislikes

There are a lot of politics among the Teammates especially people sitting in Chennai region, although there is a job security from the company point of view, people may leave due to improper support from the manager and Team politics, People hired are with recommendations and survive with no skillset and try to manage by getting support from the higher management No career growth, Manager supports only those people who keep on buttering them. No growth to the Talented People only management skills required to survive. A lot of biased cultures. Work Details

It was very good experience at the initial levels, Worked very hard and streamlined the project but very boring work, Need to work in same project for very long time. Not given consideration for the Employee Concerns.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
