Pleasant work environment with good annual hikes. Specifically for women employees, it is one of the best places to work. Always open to innovative ideas and implementations.

Depending on the project, work can be either too demanding with lot of pressure. No onsite opportunities can be expected. No special allowances for working in shifts. Cafeteria services are pathetic. Not even hygienic.. Growth would be slower Company policies are not employee friendly. You can't even apply your resignation. It isyour manager who applies on your behalf. Pros- Internal Job posting (ijp) are good you can change your manager If you're good in talking rather than working and like to settle down this is the best company. Cons- full of politics , you will get good review and bonus only if you are very close to managers or you did miracles in your work. In housed quartz framework including all from code to deployment all are in-housed.. so you're forced to learn which will not useful to you if you go out of company. More over the platform is very well built you will do very complicated minor things.. no body will help you in getting knowledge. Finally you will be completely into it in 2years, all your skills you will get lost.. very tough to get outside jobs( you will not have any focus or knowledge on open source technologies) Pay is not so great compared to other competitors....Read More
