Work culture is good. We can maintain good work-life balance and whoever is looking to settle in a company can choose. We have some benefits where we can purchase fitness-related products worth 25k. We have cab facility and meal allowance.

Too much of caste politics in promotion, appraisals. You are worthy only till a female employee joins the team. Too much of women domination in the name of diversity.
