It's a employee centric company which always took care of their employees wellness and provides mental peace at work place. There is nothing as work pressure at all and all the Manager and Senior managers are very supportive and helpful.

The hikes that is provided over the financial year end is very minimal ranging in between 3-5% which is very less as per the inflation in the country.

It is one of the best company. Since working on agile there is a perfect life balance. However, I already spent 12 yrs now it is becoming monotonous life at work for me. So want to grab a new opportunity that could help me grow myself with organisation.

Long time policy have been removed without taking any feedback from employees like for 10 yrs I had been going by own car and now new transport policy have been imposed in which employee till band 5 will get parking. That is really very sad.
