The below points are applicable only on India baci 1.Testing project models agnist the resources like SDM, shared services 2.No onsite 3.No normalization on pay , means once u join you need to demand big later u will get 8 to 9% standard hike , nowadays services based companies have increased hike % to face inflation rate but theystill stick with old policies 4.they won't implement new technologies because of bank 5.employee benefits seems updated during 1980s fact , now due to attrition they are offering 25k for wellness benefits and employees can use that for parental insurance 6.hr support need to be increased only designed for organization benefit Employees will be scammed on insurance, employee referral benefits 7.They will treat you strange on notice period They will cut your internet , ext but it's applicable only in India...Read More

Too much favouritism in everything. Managers keep giving awards to their favourites even when they don't deserve it. Example - I saw people getting Gold awards for stretching for just an hour. Entire projects credit was given to this person. Absolutely no promotion if you are not favourite of your manager. Being top performer doesn't matter. You can sit ideal for an entire year and still get top rating, with promotion and highest hike if you are your manager's favourite. Most of the so called leaders in this organization are suffering from superiority complex and have absolutely no clue what is going on in the projects....Read More

Work life balance is at fullest. Management is very good and employee friendly. Enough opportunities for career growth and development through a lot of IJP. There are a lot of volunteering opportunities to contribute directly towards our society. I would say its awesome organization with beautiful work culture.
