Working for one of the worlds largest banks is always exciting. The team i worked for is basically a Web Services testing team and it was technically challenging for us to ensure a quality in what ever we deliver to the clients. Overall it was a great time for almost 5+ years with BACI

The major thing was that your offshore managers are least involved in your day to day tasks and you hardly get any inputs from your offshore managers. We work closely with Onshore delivery managers and they are well aware of what we are good at. But the annual appraisals will be done by offshore managers who doesn't have any clue on what we did all through the year.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
