environment and culture is not good.teammates are supportice but the management is not transparent. no good pantry in any branches.appraisals are also not fair.

Dislikes

management never address aur issues and all the control lies with senior management.HR is only for the name. on job training is not given on time .it happens after a year.no one listen you and your issues. branch condition is worst amongst all private sector banks.they dont even have AC in any branches except motro or urban location and they dont even bother about it.
