Lots of politics , salary is decent but career growth is slow . I want to say one thing don't trust your senior they put lots of pressure on you but worst thing is that they pressure you to do things which is illegal and backoff when you get caught

what i liked about working with Bandhan Bank is, the Product and benifits which were suitable to add new customers to join. the most like part is the growth option there for employee on role of the company.

The position what i worked for, as a executive, the role was on contract. The tasks for the role to promote was merely tough. the salary for the role is very less for the assigned work and required tasks.
