Banking account varient is very good for customer . No working boundation you can do any work like operation sales etc. Easy way to learn by doing practical work .reason lake of staff.

Dislikes

Without training assinging work . Payrole is very low at my level . Incentive criteria is very tuff. Without incentive promotion is not possible . Senior support is not given my any1 . Cost cutting bank in every step bank trying to save his money . And many more .
