This is the only thing which I like is 2nd and 4th sat off and no pressure to work on holidays like other bank.

Company culture is worst . Company is totally controlled by few Bengali and their narrow mindset. Everybody has conservative mindset. Company can't grow with such culture. Company feels proud to terminate employees. Every month HR share terminated employee list (on an avg 30 emp gets terminated every month). Seniors intentionally frames the junior in compliance issue if they try to switch and get them fired....Read More
