-No proper training. -No hand holding for newly joined staff -No time given to establish, from start of the month you joined you are expected to turn the table overnight. -If your interview is not taken by your supervisor you are done.

No company culture, HR will not support you, There is no job security me and my friend switch at a same time and we both need to relive on early bases. I have worked in almost 2-3 banks and this is the worst one.

These are the key points that people should keep in mind if he or she wants to join Bandhan Bank 1. Work culture- It doesn’t look like a bank, it looks like a fish market more. There is no proper decorum or dress code at all. 2. Process flow- You can not expect to your work gets done within a short period of time, everything goes too slow, takes too long to get completed. If you’re from a standard work cultured bank you will feel that difference. 3. Basic Hygiene- Very dirty, and no intentions to make it clean. 4. Employees- Very much unqualified people , just for the sake of sales or targets managements are giving them jobs. Yes we should not discriminate anyone, but working professionals of a bank should be qualified enough to carry the dignity of the same. 5. Salary- The amount of baggage you will be carrying is nothing compared to your salary. 6. Products- You can not compete with Bandhan’s product with other banks except FDs 7. Attendance- Sign in & Sign out is compulsory, even if you’re at a customer call at 7 PM , you have to come back to office to sign out from the system. This may vary from branch to branch. Worst bank to work with. April bonus is due more than 3 months now but seems no sign of bonus payment yet. Even if someone gets 30% hike i recommend not join Bhandhan bank. Employee turnover is very high and the culture is very bad

Bengali Bank and Job security with very few good peoples.

Timings, Politics, Hr don't have any power against ch. After joining ch changed my job role in 2 months he or she think that I'm good for nothing. I worked In a reputed bank where my performance was 400% but the ch judge me very fast. Also CH is very egoistic person but ch not pretend.

They hire me as a collection coordinator /internal posting job but when I joined after 2 3 months they pressurized me to go outside between the town market to do survey without any help ......as a girl I can't go everywhere to do survey alone sometime I feel very risky....

Bandhan Bank does not have any proper management , In every department you look it seems that Bank is actually moving their growth on slower side,No branch walk-inns,No Customer queries solution. We all employees their is no work satisfaction as well HR doesn't know about their Policies & work Management is full of Politics around you,there is no proper System for employees and the Most Painfull thing is you have to login in the Morning time and logout in evening Time otherwise System mark Holiday for that Day.
