They hire me as a collection coordinator /internal posting job but when I joined after 2 3 months they pressurized me to go outside between the town market to do survey without any help ......as a girl I can't go everywhere to do survey alone sometime I feel very risky....

According to relationship officer bandhan Bank is too bad to work there because of those timings early morning starts at 7 o clock there is no ending time night 12 or 1 am it's gonna be taken for rest And there targets so bad And also those sht**y managers late night vedio call meetings so bad And collection problems is common that's not considered in my job role but managers does not help Salary structure too bad in my time 2023 incentive time hole hardwork wasted Those servers also very slow for day end same as SBI server s Finnally I recommended you that don't go for work there there is no work life balance only work there I didn't recommend this bank for working...Read More

-No proper training. -No hand holding for newly joined staff -No time given to establish, from start of the month you joined you are expected to turn the table overnight. -If your interview is not taken by your supervisor you are done.

I do not find it worth compared to my last companies. I am feeling as if I had taken a wrong decision, by being a part of Bandhan bank. People in the city are not even aware that there is any bank name Bandhan bank, wherein it has a 6 years' vintage. Office environment is not friendly. Seniors are always at a shouting mode, I don't know why. They show that if they will shout, they can show their presence. Induction Training was given online through teams meeting, it was like give someone a chocolate, ask that peron to taste it by not unwrapping it...

These are the key points that people should keep in mind if he or she wants to join Bandhan Bank 1. Work culture- It doesn’t look like a bank, it looks like a fish market more. There is no proper decorum or dress code at all. 2. Process flow- You can not expect to your work gets done within a short period of time, everything goes too slow, takes too long to get completed. If you’re from a standard work cultured bank you will feel that difference. 3. Basic Hygiene- Very dirty, and no intentions to make it clean. 4. Employees- Very much unqualified people , just for the sake of sales or targets managements are giving them jobs. Yes we should not discriminate anyone, but working professionals of a bank should be qualified enough to carry the dignity of the same. 5. Salary- The amount of baggage you will be carrying is nothing compared to your salary. 6. Products- You can not compete with Bandhan’s product with other banks except FDs 7. Attendance- Sign in & Sign out is compulsory, even if you’re at a customer call at 7 PM , you have to come back to office to sign out from the system. This may vary from branch to branch. Bandhan Bank does not have any proper management , In every department you look it seems that Bank is actually moving their growth on slower side,No branch walk-inns,No Customer queries solution. We all employees their is no work satisfaction as well HR doesn't know about their Policies & work Management is full of Politics around you,there is no proper System for employees and the Most Painfull thing is you have to login in the Morning time and logout in evening Time otherwise System mark Holiday for that Day. Everything is dislikable in this company no proper routine maintain no proper breaks schedule manager force you to work extra more half an hour which you don't get pay they force you to work nice it even though you are a girl you have to stay alone in the whole office at night very bad and the manager was very illiterate.
