Work culture is like microfinance company, totally low level training vanue, fooding and accommodation is worst as compare to other bank. If you go in traning after lunch and dinner you have do do wash you plate by yourself, bank will provide you low level Dormatery for living in one room lot's of bed. This is very discounting seatuation for those who worked earlier big brand. But overall good
