Everything within the bank is pathetic, work culture is very poor along with that they don't teach and guide to their employees just bothered abt the sales and even don't concerned their staff problem which they are facing

There is nothing as such to like. Very conservative approach of the bank in today's cut throat competitive scenario.

Dislikes

Bank need to invest more in advertisements and promotional activities. Also need to improve product wise. There is no support or product offering to business related to import and export. Also technology is not upto the mark for net banking and mobile banking, this results in poor customer service. Automation is the key in today's world which bank lacks. Also they need to increase number of branches with good infrastructure. Any premise doesn't give good positive vibe. Looks like an old government office, pappers littering over desks and behind CSOs....Read More
