Bandhan bank a new bank , i have learnt many new things in a easy way. Intially work environment was good but later my manager forced me to resign. I was selected by campus recruitment and kolkata HR was god who gave a job for physical disabled girl I felt very happy and I was placed at kormangala branch doing my work sincerely. In kormangala branch my manager was god he knows hiw to take work from employees in easy way. Later due to travelling problem I was transfered in chandralayout branch there learning was good but my manager disliked me and forced to resign. I didn't get job anywhere here, in bandhan bank I like re-hire policy. So please select me again as I am unemployed now please select me again....Read More

My manager didn't liked me and totally rejected me and forced me to resign. She used to demotivate me that i can't do any work so please leave and go she used to torture me. I was handling cash and also as a CRO but my manager used to find silly mistakes e g: like taking daily reports and not doing work-id while handling cash. She used to duscourage and used harsh words in front of the team and daily forced me to resign. She didn't give appraisals as much as I worked. As I was a fresher there was nobody to help me out so i had to depend on manager for appraisals she marked my appraisal also and finally she marked her appraisal on me as bad. So here i heard there is re-hire policy so here i know the bank procedures and audit points . So please recruit me again....Read More

Work Details

Because i was working in this reputed bank my dad has made the house beside bandhan bank only . Working here is a good experience my ABH helped me a lot to learn every procedure in bank. But unfortunately she left the bank .
